Being claimed by two opposing parties and territories, Western Sahara is just being saved by a cease-fire issued by the United Nations. With Morocco and Polisario Frontfs ongoing dispute over Western Saharafs sovereignty, itfs just proclaimed as a gNon-Self-Governing Territoryh. Having said that, Western Saharafs law enforcing body is also divided into two. Eighty percent is controlled by Moroccans, and the rest is being controlled by the Sahrawi Arab Democratic Republic (S.A.D.R.).
